The North Shore Diabetes Program was launched in June 2013 and is administered through the McCausland Hospital and the North Shore Family Health Team.

Andrea Kennedy, Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator, along with Chelsea Cole, RPN, look forward to providing education and support to clients in our communities. They will assist people with Diabetes, Pre-diabetes or who are at risk of developing Diabetes in reaching their goals.

Appointments are available on Wednesday mornings at the McCausland Hospital and Wednesday afternoons at the J.E. Stokes Medical Centre.  Please contact the Family Health Team at either location for an appointment.
