When Children Grieve

This is a 2 hour per week group that will help adults to guide the children in their lives to complete their relationship to pain, isolation, and loneliness caused by a significant emotional loss of any kind. These losses could include but are not limited to a death of a parent or other significant person in their life, the death of a pet, a move, divorce, or any change that may have affected a child's life. Being safe in the sun

  Nobody wants to stay inside when the sun's shining. So when you're outside, using a little SunSense can protect you and your family from getting to much sun.   If you work outdoors, you may be exposed to the sun for even longer periods, so be sure to follow these sun safety tips too.  
  • Check the UV Index daily
  • Seek shade
  • Cover up
  • Use sunscreen properly
  • Don't use indoor tanning beds
  • Know the signs of skin cancer
