Walking Program Time ChangeAttention Walkers
We have adjusted our time for Thursdays. You can now walk between 3:30 pm – 5:00 pm each Thursday.
The hours for Tuesday remain the same.
New Hours Effective February 13, 2018
Tuesday – 1:30 – 2:30 pm
Thursday - 3:30 - 5:00 pm

Walking Program Update
We are very pleased with the interest shown in the program so far. We have been steadily increasing our numbers. Thanks to everyone who has supported the program so far and keep up the good work!!
Just a reminder that for those that are interested, we will be hiking to Mount Gwynne at some point when the weather is warmer. You can use these walking sessions to train for this hike and we can help. Perhaps this quote from John Maxwell (taken from the book written by Nina Spencer "A Time To Creep, A Time To Soar") will help:
“Preparation doesn’t begin with what you do. It begins with what you believe. If you believe that your success tomorrow depends on what you do today, then you will treat today differently.
