The North Shore Family Health Team offers a unique setting by operating out of 2 sites at different locations to accommodate the patients in our catchment area. Both communities offer a relaxing and yet adventurous surrounding, view and explore the untouched scenes of cleansing landscapes. The breathtaking beauty is yours to discover.

The NSFHT covers an area of approx. 75kim servicing an approximate total of 3600 patients.
 North Shore Family Health Team

J.E. Stokes Medical Centre, Schreiber
The J.E. Stokes, Medical Center, home base for the North Shore Family health Team is located in the historique township of Schreiber on the north shore of the majestic Lake Superior approximately 2 ½ hr. East of our referral centre, Thunder Bay and 10 miles West of Terrace Bay.  Approx. 20kim west is the quaint village of Rossport and just over the hill beyond Rossport is the Pays Plat First Nation.
 
Aguasabon Medical Clinic, Terrace Bay
The Aguasabon Medical Clinic, is situated in The McCausland Hospital, Terrace Bay, overlooking the magnificent Lake Superior just beyond the picturesque 9 hole golf course.
